今天国旗下讲话的主题是心理健康教育。

When it comes to health, what people think of is physical health, in fact, this is not the whole picture. 

说到健康,大家想到的就是身体健康,其实这是不全面的。


According to the World Health Organization, "health is not only the disappearance of disease and infirmity, but also a perfect state of physical, mental and social well-being". 

根据世界卫生组织的定义,“健康不仅是疾病与体弱的消失,而且是生理健康、心理健康和社会适应的完美状态”。

Carnegie, an American psychologist, surveyed many celebrities and found that only 15% of a person's career success comes from his knowledge and professional skills, and 85% from his good psychological quality and good interpersonal skills.

美国心理学家卡耐基调查了各界许多名人之后认为,一个人事业的成功,只有15%来自于学识和专业技术,85%靠良好的心理素质和善于处理人际关系。


Around us, some students are irritable because of trivial matters, and quarrel with people, even fight with others; Some students spread negative energy and negative words as long as they open their mouths; Some students are self-abased and psychologically vulnerable, they always feel that they are not as good as others, so they are too sensitive to the looks and words from others, not being able to face frustration or failure; Some students worry about their scores even before the exams start...

在我们周围,有的同学脾气暴燥,因琐碎小事而耿耿于怀,甚至与人争吵,发展至打架;有的同学只要张嘴就是负能量和消极的话语,传递着负面情绪;有的同学自卑,心理脆弱,总觉得自己不如别人,对他人的一个眼神、一句话过于敏感,承受不起挫折或失败;有的同学在考试之前就开始焦虑,担心成绩不理想……


So, how can we have a healthy mind?

First, learn to smile and know yourself objectively. Everyone has his own advantages, and there is no bad students, only different students. So we need to have a clear understanding of ourselves, without caring too much of others' judgements; Smile at people sincerely and do it often. A sincere smile can help build your confidence.

Second, put yourself in others' shoes and build good interpersonal relationship. Harmonious interpersonal relationship comes from kindness and respect for others; Do what you can to help others; Being able to put yourself in others' shoes towards a certain problem, many problems will be readily solved.

那么,我们怎样才能拥有健康的心理?

首先,学会微笑,正确认知自己。每个人都有自己的优点,不存在差学生,只存在有差异的学生,所以需正确的认知自己,不要在意他人对你的评价;经常真诚地对人微笑,真诚地微笑能帮你建立自信。

其次,换位思考,建立良好人际关系。和谐的人际关系来自对别人的善意与尊重;多给别人力所能及的帮助;能够换位思考,站在他人的角度思考问题,许多问题便迎刃而解了。

Finally, learn to say "That’s great"! When I fail, I think, that’s great! I was closer to success because I knew I what I mustn’t do. When my roommate kept talking to me, I thought, "Great, he trusts me so much.” When the teacher criticizes me, I think it's great that the teacher values me so much that he will take the time to point out my mistakes; When I was misunderstood, I thought, great, because after this experience, my ability to bear grievances will improve again!

最后,学会说“太好了”!当我遭遇失败的时候,我会想,太好了!我离成功更近一步,因为知道下次不能这样做;当我的室友对着我说个不停的时候,我想,太好了,他这么信任我;当老师批评我的时候,我想太好了,老师非常重视我,所以才会花时间指出我的错误;当我被误解的时候,我就想,太好了,经历过这一次,自己承受委屈的能力又进步了!
